A full gut renovation and addition to a 1920s John Volk home on North Lake Way — honoring the architectural lineage while rebuilding the house for modern Palm Beach life, top to bottom. From hurricane-strapped structural reinforcement and humidity-controlled crawlspaces to a Nievera Williams landscape and a custom Italian limestone water feature, every layer was reworked with both craft and longevity in mind.
