A complete interior renovation and shell remodel of a 1921 single-family home and its detached guest house on South County Road — 4,500 square feet of careful, structural-to-finish reimagining for modern Palm Beach life. Working alongside SKA Architect + Planner, interior designer Christina Hemoui, and landscape designer Don Skowron, the team rebuilt the home from its terra-cotta-pile foundation up while preserving its century-old character.
