Sciame | Palm Beach has been tapped to undertake the approved renovation of 150 Worth Avenue — the west half of Palm Beach's iconic Esplanade, to be renamed Burlington Arcade, and the former Saks Fifth Avenue space. Designed by Fairfax & Sammons Architects, the project will reshape one of Worth Avenue's most prominent buildings into a refined home for luxury retail, office suites, and lifestyle programming, while reinforcing the Mediterranean character of the street.
